By accessing and using integrahub services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
integrahub provides software development, consulting, and integration services. Our services include but are not limited to web development, mobile development, cloud solutions, and technical consulting.
As a user of our services, you agree to:

Upon completion and full payment of a project, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for them, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
• A deposit is required before work begins
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
integrahub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
